We had visited the National Park and were rounding south on Highway 1 along the coast. More Show lessīeing genuinely mystified by the ratings other visitors have given, I have to be forthright and tell you that our one-night stay here blew us away. Something you can not give a pass on and that is bad guest service. Second day I get up coffee maker stopped working so I went downstairs by the bistro where the day before they had a large pot of coffee, it was completely empty, went up to the door person as there was no one at the desk, I asked where I could get some coffee, he said back by the bistro, I stated it was empty he said then there is none, I stated I was paying $209.00 a night for a room and cant even get coffee? He did not saying anything.
We came back after a few hours and at 4:00pm our room still had not been cleaned, I called the front desk and ask about the housekeeping, was told they do not do overnight cleaning, so what did I need? I said clean towels and coffee, okay we will send it up.
After first night we went up to Ocean Shores to find espresso drinks as when I asked at the desk what time the coffee stand open I was told maybe 7:30 if anyone shows up. This is a hotel, no way a resort, I understand Covid has wreck havoc on the service industry, but this was an unpleasant stay.
